We must build a chain of words by changing exactly one alphabet of the given word at each step. Such a change must result in a valid English word. The longer the chain, the more points we get. Simple ... isn’t it?

Choice of Modes

You can choose to play 4-letter mode as well as a 3-letter mode. Additionally, each mode has the option of 1 or 2 minutes duration.

Controls:

1. • To change an alphabet in the given word, first press the alphabet so that it is highlighted with a yellow ring
   

2. •  Now press the paw mark bearing the letter that will replace the above alphabet
   

3. •  You can use the UNDO button to retrace your steps at any stage
   

Requirements

Top Dog is compatible with iPhone and iPod Touch with OS 4.0 and higher. Some features such as submitting High Scores will require internet connectivity on the device.

All words used in the game are part of the SOWPODS dictionary, which is the standard reference for all major international word game tournaments.
